LoRaWAN Weather monitoring solutions
The LoRaWAN Weather Stations are ideal for any situation in which the need
is to constantly and continuously monitor the parameters of the weather. The following data:
- air temperature
- relative humidity
- rainfall
- wind speed and direction
- solar radiation
- ultra-violet radiation
Customized Weather Sensors
We also provide customized solutions, according to your specific needs, by providing just the sensors to measure the parameters you want to monitor.
Temperature and Humidity: maximum flexibility, you can position a temperature/humidity sensor exactly where you need it, without any
concerns for the data transmission,
thanks to the LoRaWAN transmission, capable of covering more than 20
kilometers distance
Rainfall: thanks to the DW-6465M rain collector, the product delivers accurate and precise readings. The self-emptying tipping spoon
measures rain in 0.2 mm increments
Wind Speed and Direction: you can display wind direction and wind speed with this precision-crafted anemometer. Equipped with both wind speed and wind direction sensors, its rugged components stand up to hurricane-force winds, yet are sensitive to the lightest breeze
Solar Radiation: detects solar radiation at wavelengths of 300 to 1100 nanometers. If the solar radiation data is combined with an anemometer and a temperature/humidity sensor, ET and THSW Index can be reported
UV Radiation: measures the sunburning portion of the UV spectrum. Its spectral response matches very closely the Erythema Action Spectrum (EAS), defined by McKinlay and Diffey (1987) and adopted by the Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage (C.I.E.)
LoRaWAN Smart-farming solutions
Designed to improve productivity and crop yields, our smart-farming devices help farmers to monitor the state of their fields and give the best results when coupled with a weather monitoring solution product.
LoRaWAN Leaf wetness
The leaf wetness sensor is used to detect the presence of surface moisture on foliage, measured using an index between 0 (dry) and 15 (wet). This sensor has several fields of applications:
- to predict when to spray crops
- to quantify water storage in the plant canopy
- studying and monitoring crops for foliar diseases including rust and blight
LoRaWAN
Soil moisture monitoring
By combining our LoRaWAN sensor node with the Meter Group ECH2O 10HS sensors, you can constantly and continuously monitor the soil moisture content. Up to four sensors can be positioned at different depths in order to obtain the moisture content at different levels.
Analytics
The data collected by the UBIQ-IoT sensors can be integrated with Analytics platforms to provide advanced tools to help you in managing operations. Specifically, through our partners, a solution for Smart-Farming is available, to manage farm operations, including control, forecast and decision-making.

Visualizations
Through our partners, we can offer a highly customizable platform to represent the data collected using tables and many types of graphs and charts.
- Dashboard
- Geolocalization
- Tables
- Historical charts
